Accounts Preparation
Annual accounts summarise the financial performance of a business over the accounting period via its profit and loss account, as well as a summary of its assets and liabilities at the end of that accounting period via its balance sheet.
Typically, statutory accounts are required to be delivered to Companies House within nine months of the end of the accounting period.
However, we work with our clients throughout the year to ensure that we build an understanding of their business and develop positive working relationships. This allows us to provide our clients with honest and timely advice to help with the running of their business, as well as ensuring their compliance.
Our annual accounts preparation packages also include the preparation and submission of the corporation tax returns, as well as the directors’ Self-Assessment tax returns.
